I'm Mohamed Akrem Elouer — a final-year Software Engineering student (Data Science & AI specialization at TEK-UP) with 4+ years of professional full-stack experience. I've architected multi-tenant SaaS on AWS, led a mobile team shipping native Android apps, and built real-time platforms in production.

Tunisian-Arabic speech → captions

Full-stack ASR SaaS that transcribes Tunisian Arabic into captions. A Python service runs the Apache-2.0 LinTO Vosk model (commercially clean, CPU-capable) with speaker diarization and Arabizi handling, behind a Node API, a Next.js web app, and a one-VM GPU Docker deploy with JWT auth, Polar billing and PostHog analytics.

Whisper-TN Toolkit

Fine-tuning Whisper on Derja

Production toolkit for fine-tuning OpenAI Whisper Large-v3 on Tunisian dialectal Arabic using LinTO datasets (~74k samples / 82.7h). GPU auto-tuning selects batch size, precision and workers per card (RTX 4090 → H100), bf16 + gradient checkpointing minimize $/run, all preprocessing is cached to disk, and training ships live WER/CER with exports to ONNX, TorchScript and GGML.

A monorepo pairing a NestJS 11 API (MongoDB/Mongoose, Redis, Socket.IO) with a Next.js 16 App Router frontend on React 19 and Tailwind CSS 4, behind Caddy and docker-compose.
